Adding temporary prefix and suffix with callsign for U.K. Hamsphere users?

I would like to ask. I am an amateur radio operator in U.K.. I use the same callsign 'M6HQW' on real world and on Hamsphere.

During June this year ( 2022 ), Ofcom and RSGB would have a campaign to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. All the U.K. amateur radio operators would be able to use 'Q' as 2nd prefix and '/70' as suffix. For example, my original callsign is,

M6HQW

would be able to use

MQ6HQW/70

Could we able to use the same prefix and suffix on Hamsphere 3/4 temporarily?

If so, how can we edit our callsigns temporarily during June 2022?

If changing callsigns on edit temporarily not possible, can we allowed to speak our callsigns with the prefix and suffix?

Or should we create new hamsphere account with those prefix and suffix and remove it after the campaign?

Regards
I got an answer from HS staff now.

They say that HamSphere account is always one for each individual. If we want to use a prefix and/or a suffix temporarily like U.K.’s 70 Queen Jubilee event, we must create a new User ID for it. This means, we must add another subscription as a new account.
