Help needed urgently please

For a few days, when I try to launch Hamsphere 4.010a, from my PC (Windows 10), I manage to log in and I can see my callsign as logged. When I click on transceiver to choose the one I use, nothing happens and I find myself invited to re-choose a transceiver again and again. Can you please help me out to fix this issue.

I have had same issues in the past.

Try

1-confirm your microphone is configured correctly. Transceiver won"t open if microphone is not configured.

and ,or

2- uninstall HS-4 and re-install HS-4 ...That works for me.
