No stations heard on PC but heard on App

When I run Hamsphere 4 on my Windows 10 PC, i am not hearing any stations, but when I run Hamsphere on my Iphone, I am hearing stations....why ?

I'm seeing the same thing. Very little on PC, several on Iphone.
