i have downloaded the program and installed it, but when i enter my call and password it says "please authorise your account at hs4 downloads".
but there is nothing on that page to do that.
my details work fine on hs 3.

HS 3 has another database. It is not the same, if this program works well with the same account.
On the HS 4 Download-Page you have to fill the coordinates or Grid-Locator of your location / QTH, otherwise HS 4 can't work correctly.
Maybe that was the reason?
