Please answer to a CQ DX call only if you are NOT located on the same continent.

Please do NOT call CQ DX if you accept stations from everywhere - even from your own continent. In that case CQ is enough.

That's the normal HAM-Rule and practice, yes. ;-)
"DX" is all apart from the own continent. Also "CQ Japan" should not give an answer from Spain or USA.

But on both, real radios or HamSphere, sadly not all operators do so...

I agree with you, but I still answer calling me stations, even if they are not DX because not polite to leave HAM without an answer ...
Of course, not polite to call station who is looking for DX, but that is another question ...
