I can't log in because says check firewall ports 5000 & 5001 !! i'm on Mac OS X 10.11 , and i don't know how to make . Many tnx for answers .

I believe it is a problem at sever end. Was working fine, then somebody else told me he can't log in. I logged out and log back in with the same message.
