bought and paid for 4.0 and cant download it. so how do i get it on my computer...please help anyone kd7gqf, sharri

The Hamsphere Support team can help you resolve this at www.hamspere.com/support. They may even have an FAQ document there. Usually they try to provide support within 24 hours. Just curious though, do you get an error when you try to download HS4? What type of OS are you using? If it is a Mac system, I think there is a message in the forum about downloading HS4 with that type of OS. Otherwise, it may be another system requirement that needs to be met before HS4 will download. Were you able to download HS3 and load it up successfully? Just some questions to try to help figure it out.

I keep trying but it says expired 4.0 or 4.10 neither work.

I see, we’ll then try putting in a trouble ticket at the Hamsphere support site I mentioned in the last post. They can probably help you get it figured out.
