73's to all of you, and specially to the technical team to whom I adress this post.

After 3 mouths of Motorcycle road trip from Spain to Senegal, I am back home now. When I tried this morning to launch my HS4 from my PC, I was quiet surprise to see that my account was closed. I have tried and retried to get connected, and still recieve the same message.
Can you please help out to solve that.

I'm not the Support-Team, but I can see that you are in the "Trial User" status now.
Maybe your subscription-period has expired in the meantime?

Thanks for your redponse, I am not since I have been considered during 3 years as dx-user, so my status has changed recently .......
And I hope that this issue will be solved out soon.

Today I checked if my callsign still remains in HS4 database, and surprisingly found that my callsign is not anymore present !
I have also checked if CN8 country still in the DX-USER list, and found that Morocco is in this list.
Please can you do something to bring my callsign back in your Database.

Yes, Morocco is a "DX-Country". So I think the very best idea is writing to the support:

Category: "Banned Accounts" and subject as you like. Should be no problem to solve it. :-)
