Hello ,

I have installed the new version 4 on serveral computer with windows 7 or windows xp .

The ports 5000-5010 are open on computer and on router .

Can not login into the program in any of my different configuration .

Can somobody help with this ?

I am having the same problem and I keep getting the error message to open ports 5000 and 5001 in my firewall they are and have been open. I have tried external mic and built in mic. Guess I can't try this software

Ok, that's the newest information about all this problems:

VERY IMPORTANT! If you get the error message "Please authorize your account" or "No connection with server, open firewall 5000 and 5001" it can be any of these reasons:

1. Microphone must be connected.
2. You may not have a microphone connected as your primary device. Make sure your mike is set as the default device before starting the Transceiver.
3. You must set your coordinates at http://hs4.hamsphere.com/download.php

Dear friends,

I had exactly the same problem last Sunday evening. My login worked only from time to time...

At Monday morning things were ok again. Maybe a server problem? Maybe too much traffic? (Weekend!)

Tried to log in, blocked vfor some reason.says upgrade to 4005 how ? does one do this. Frederick.
