HamSphere 4.0 awards in the futur

Please can you make a " 9-band DXHC " award in the futur ?

Confirming for exemple minimum of 20 entities on each of the 9 HF bands in USB or LSB.
Other award for 50, 100, etc...

I am surprise because nobody on 160 meters, few on 10 meters even if the propagation is open. This kind of award will encourage HS 4.0 users to use all HamSphere 4.0 bands in USB and LSB.

Also in the futur contest will be welcome for exemple on low band like 40, 80 an 160 meters. A week end contest for exemple on 10 meter like the 10 meter contest of ARRL in december every year.

Thank you.

There is no challenge to contact a countrie only on one band, imagine if you must contact France on 9 bands ! this is a real chalenge and bands like 160, 80 and 10 meter will be actives. Why never peoples calling CQ on 1,8 mhz ?

Maybe because it's not open? ;-)
160 meter ist not a typical "DX-Band". But I heard 3 or 4 calls on it last time.

73 and good DX from Jörg :-)

i agree with topic starter. and also i want to add, that we have many operators working from such countries, like Netherlands, Great Britain, France, Australia etc. So i propose to make a regional diplomas, of course for each bands. Thats will make a big activity by operators in all over the world including DX and rare operators.

160 m band is very interesting band for DX. I worked on a real radio on 1,8 MHz with stations from USA, Japan, Africe and Asia. Generally is chosing antena and time for working with DX stations.
