The Case Tracking ID: A5Z-R43-R4TG is not RESOLVED!!!!

This case has long history from 2020-05-12 to June 5 2020!!! Case is not RESOLVED. Questions and problems still exist. As well as Created by You automatic payment profile with Profile ID: I-M1J5UTEGR6FU is not deleted. Except one answer like joke like "Did you switch your computer OFF and ON again" there is no answers on my question and no action from the side of HAMSPERE are taken to resolve the glitches!!!

As I told if I knew what will happen I will not receive proper answers and actions only joke L wouldn't be renew my subscriptions for 20/21 now I'm sure that I'll not renew it for 21/22. This is the reason to ask the created by you automatic payment file to be deleted!!!

QUESTION for GLITCHES that HAMSPHERE did not SORTED OUT are:

The e-mail address assign to my call sign (9HS6339) is 9HS6339@torontomail.com For some unknown to me reason I do not received longer e-mails from HamSphere 4.0 centre. Last e-mail was dated 19 of April 2020. After this date I did not received any e-mails. No e-mails conforming receiving of QSLs, or my weekly info for my activities DX-Report. I renewed my subscription and my call sign to May 2021 on Apr 7, 2020. Why my e-mail attached to my call sign is inactive?

You answer like you did not read the question. Because how is possible to 19th of April e-mails not to go to spam folder and from 19th of April they to start to go to spam folder, more over some e-mail servers has counter on every folder including "SPAM" one!!!!!!!!!

Next my e-mail is:

Attention to support team of HamSphere, Help Desk, 13HS575 - Geert/Ad*. Your e-mail answer to my question Tracking ID: W4R-77S-X4DE (Ticket number: 309584) dated 2020-05-12 19:05:13, is Date: 2020-05-13 15:25:48 Callsign: Admin (13HS575). I'll tell you if that e-mail/answer was arrived before I to renew my subscription I'll never will continue my subscription. In that spot of light please DELETE my "automatic payment profile I-M1J5UTEGR6FU" from your data base!!! and informed me that the file is deleted. It doesn't matter actually because you will be blocked from automatic withdrawal in "PayPal"

1. You never read my e-mail "missed e-mails." If you were read carefully my e-mail question you will understand that HamSphere 4.0 centre e-mails newsletters, and conformations of QSOs NEVER EVER arrived in in-box of e-mail address attached to calsign 9HS6339 after 19 of April 2020, but those types of e-mails arrived in in-box of 9HS6339@torontomail.com before April, 19 2020 starting from May 2019.

2. You even did not try to check which e-mail address exist and is served from HamSpere 4.0 e-mail robot.

3. Do you think than my first action will be not to check spam folder of 9HS6339@torontomail.com??? More over spam folder of 9HS6339 has clear indication that there are curtain numbers of e-mails in it.

4. I have idea what happen in your side. Around 19 of April 2020 you have glitch in your e-mail server, server which holding the data base or e-mail robot and HamSpere 4.0 freely start to use back up server where no all calsigns and attached to them e-mail addresses exist.

4. There is too many glitches in HamSpere 4.0 database. For example in your database call signs 29HS122 and 29HS123 from Ireland exist. After QSO I tried to send them QSL. It is not happen because answers were in both cases that callsign 29HS122 & callsign 29HS123 are not registered with HamSphere 4.0; I lost and QSL cards from Russian correspondents trough the same glitches!
