I don't know if anyone ever faced this issue.
Yesterday night I made a contact with a station in Morocco.
The contact was no problem, good signals.
The operator did send me a QSL card as promised.
I got a mail in my personal mailbox that the card would be received.
However, I never got the card in my Logbook of my rig, and the country was also not counted on my country list.

When I follow the link of the mail I received, I can see the card, no problem.
So it has been sent.
But I did not receive it in my Logbook in the rig.

Did anyone ever face this issue, and can you do something about it.
It was a new country for me, that will not be counted now.

Hi Jan, check the date, time and frequency to ensure they match. Normally when this happens, either the other station did not log the QSO within +/- 9 minutes of your log entry, or their frequency does not match your frequency de G0THD
