Which area can I use in rig editor?

Hello,

I hope that someone can help me out with the following issue:

I have been trying to construct my own rig in the rig editor when you log into the system.
Instead of starting the transceiver, I decided to edit a rig on my own.
I have bought a number of plugins to use in my new rig.
I also wanted to use the Log Book function and DX Propagation map outside the Group Switcher, so that I could see my logbook and DX map all the time.

This needed a lot of extra space. I have built my rig together and saved it. However, when I wanted to start this rig, it did not start when I logged in.
When I went back to the editor, some parts of the rig had disappeared, including the Group Switcher. That was the reason why the rig did not start.
On top of that I had some plugins, that I did not need in my rig anymore. But I could not move them back in the list on the left side of the screen. Maybe it is possible, but I have no idea to do that.

Is there any limit on space I can use to build my rig?
Or can anyone tell what I'm doing wrong.

I can't find any manual on this anywhere.

Thanks,

Jan, if you move the group switcher that comes with the default rig, it can cause those effects. If you are able to move the switcher back to its original position, it may resolve the issue. If you cannot get this to work and no one else offers another solution, submit a trouble ticket at the website www.hamsphere.com/support. You can also create a new rig in the editor which should create a new default rig for you. Then you can put in all the plug-ins you have purchased. Just try not to move the group switcher in the new rig. Hope this helps, 73 de WW6DX/KH2, TG/WW6DX & WW6DX - Mike

Hello Mike,

I followed your advice and problem has been solved now.
When you move around the Group Switcher in the wrong direction, you can really mess up.
No need to create a ticket, it works all fine now.

Thanks for your answer and your help.

Best regards,
