4.0 not connecting to the Denver Colorado server

Is been a while since i become a member here, for the past month every time i try to use this program ver 4.0 keeps dropping connection
Ive tried every way possible to find the problem. Is there anyone here that could give me an idea to fix this or tell me how can i get my money back and cancel my subscription?
Are you using Wi-Fi or a cable connection? I had lots of disconnects when I was using a Wi-Fi connection. It drove me nuts so I ended up running a CAT 5e cable to my computer. Hamsphere 4 does not work well with Wi-Fi (or cable connection) unless you have a high bandwidth reliable connection. One thing you can do is check you internet speed with your ISP to see how fast it is. You may need to upgrade your connection. Another option if you are getting constant disconnections is to log out and wait 30 minutes before logging back in (port 5000 and 5001, the VOIP ports Hamsphere uses to communicate with your computer, may be congested). Sometimes connecting to a different server than Denver may help also. To do this you’ll need to log out and log back in to connect to a different server. These are some basic solutions so if they don’t work, go to Hamsphere.com/support and submit a help ticket. Hope this helps and look forward to contacting you on the bands!
