Hi, Oleksandr. It’s not easy to say what is the reason for your problems receiving QSL cards. But pay attention to very important points during the QSL exchange. Firstly, you need to send cards as soon as possible after QSO, and even better - during the contact itself (the QSO time on both sent and received cards should be the same, the spread should not exceed 10-15 minutes.) Secondly, the frequency in both cards should also be the same. When sending your card after contact, make sure the transceiver’s frequency counter says the same frequency. If these requirements are met, the R-squares in the log are usually lit in green. As you can see, in view of the above, it is simply impossible to send you a test card, since there was no QSO. Of course, you can see such a card on the site among other cards received, but this one cannot be confirmed.
Hope this info was useful for you.
