I am listening to one 17hs12, who is on 18115 today 14 apr 2020 at 0210 on ros 8. cw id gives 17hs12. trying to send a pm, but hs4 system does not take. Any info ???

Yes, heard from SP4QCU that they are the different beacoins being tested for RDF contest in a special mode. Also logged 15HS12 on 21315. But, alas, last session also, they did not QSL. I am expecting some improvement in this session.
