From " HamSphere 4.0 DXHC Awards", ( as on date 26th March 2020) we find activity from India as follows:
The table gives ranking from # 1 to # 999 places, depending upon the total number of points based on all the awards they have achieved. I have not included the fantastic awards they got in the course of their country hunting.

The above table is only indicative, as we know quite a number of VU operators are there, but whose "points score" being less than the threshold level, are not included. This shows the interest shown by VUs in regular presence in HS4.
