Trialing HS4 but when plugged into via USB TX runs for about 8 minutes then the connection fails, this happens only when using the headphones mic combo..otherwise no problem (except I have no mike) I've updated Java but noticed that a new agreement has been instigated on April 16th, 2019 and wondering if this might be a problem.. would like to resolve this issue before my trial runs out

Hi Geo,

the audio- and USB-drivers are the latest and working well in other applications?
Can you check the headset with same drivers in another program like Skype or TeamSpeak?

Problem solved used seperate connection for headphones an mic
