Most of you forget to put your Department Number. This is needed for many of the awards
that are available. Sometimes, as in the case of Paris, finding out your department number becomes quite
difficult. In real amateur radio QSL cards, I simply read the left most two digits of their ZIP code, and that gives the Department.

The most important is the grid square, they are no awards for french departement on HS4.
