Because I upgraded to Extra Class recently, I am applying for a 2x2 vanity call sign through the FCC. My call sign change will be granted around the end of April. Who do I need to inform on Hamsphere so my call can be changed in the Hamsphere database? Thanks in advance!

The best way is to open a ticket for the Support, with a copy of your (new) Amateur-license:
