Hamsphere 4.0 not receiving anything.

I've tried Hampshire 4.0 on my Mac (Mac Mini OS X 10.11.6) but reception is zero. All bands seems dead.
I've logged on my Iphone and there is a lot of life on lower bands. Some nice QSO going on at 7060 ( US and Australia ) spotted from here in Brazil but on HamSphere 4.0 in my Mac everything is quiet. Just background noise.

Any clues?

I am also having the same problem where HS4 has no signals when using it. HS3 works fine but I want to have the HS4. I even purchased additions to it. This has been going on ever since I installed the HS 4 and the later version as well. I do have 360 security package and I wonder if it is blocking it? I really don't know but I really need help in getting HS4 to work. Thanks.

My windows transceivr does not come up on login anymore after things were working just fine at first. Plus the antennas and plugins I added are not installed on my windows transceiver or my android mobile, including a waterfall and beam rotator that does not work and my rotatable beams I paid for are also not installed and available on the corresponding bands for use on both my android and my windows10 configuration either.

I ordered a 2 element rotatable 40 beam and a 3 element rotatable 20 beam and also other rotatable free VU2 antennas that do not show up on my android mobile or do not show on my windows 10 desk transceiver. I do not understand why they are not installed in my same antenna pool on both the android portable and my windows10 desk transceiver. That is how I purchased them to work and as it was advertised, but that was not how they were installed and configured by whomever or whatever HamSphere uses for the plugin installations.

It says on main page that the plugins are available to work on windows, android portable after subscribing for the annual membership fee. I did subscribe and they are not installed on both or working on both my windows setup and android portable. I asked for a detailed charge breakdown on each plugin installation and I never got a detailed list showing the price I was charged per item or whether all the plugins were installed.

The invoice just gives a general description as software and electronics which tells me and the credit card company nothing with no detailed plugin installation with their individual prices listed on the invoices. The invoice I have and the plugin orders I have do not match. So I cannot tell what I am being billed for after finding some of the plugins missing in both my android and windows10 configurations, including free plugins.

I have a number free item specials that were offered with zero Euro price and now I wonder if I got charged for those free plugins and antennas when they were listed as free and on specials. This is the fourth time I am trying now to write and get this all straightened out. I don't mind paying for something I wanted to buy that would improve my ease of operation, but I don't like getting a bill for things that were not delivered or installed. I now have my android and windows radios malfunctioning or disappearing or logging me in and dropping out erratically.

The two devices I use function through many different and separate systems to get access and the required bandwidth, and they both work with everything everywhere else with no problems. So that tells me the problem is not here on my end. Plus I have no control of your plugin installs.
