Why am i not able to log into hs4 on my computer when i launch it it shows im logged in but my rig wont show up and when i try to delete the program it says there is park of the program still running and i have restarted my computer to see if that was the problem. Any help would be great. Thanks 2HS5038 Doug

Hi Doug,

on which system? Maybe an autostart-routine is running with a service of HamSphere. After rebooting I would check it in the Task-Manager (if you're running Windows) before starting the program.
Normally there is no HamSphere process in use.

And after starting HS 4 wait a few seconds before you click on "Transmitter" and "Default", maybe this helps. .
