How is it possible that the QSL i made and received a QSL card from, shows in my logbook as not received yet?

In your logbook click on the "Reset" Icon (upper right corner) to see the current status.
If there is still no card (green icon), the other station has not send a card back to you or the server has a short delay between this homepage and the radio-logbook. . In this case check it next time.

Hello Jorg,

Reset did not help, and the QSL -card i received now 2 day`s ago and still its not green!
So how long is that delay then from the server?.

I could also mean that the information from Your sent qsl card does not match the information sent to you from DX station...
CHeck date / time /frequency all need to be in sync ...........

Yes I know you have passed the t24hours but the system does only up[date oooo gmt time

I did check it and the other call has send his card a half hour later, mine was send 19.28...his was send 20.08.
But how is it then possible that i received the card? and the system say`s you dont?

You get cards nevertheless, but with such a difference the system don't count it as a "valid QSO".
That's the reason.

Oke, but will that mean that the system it also not count in the overall score?, i dindt watch it because you dont expect that to happen..

The system make a difference betwween "Total QSOs" and "Confirmed QSOs". After creating a logbock-entry from this QSO, it's "total".
But without "confirmation" from the other side it's not valid e.g. for awards, in contest and so on and something like that.

You need all dates correct and "synchron": Same Freq., same Date and Time and of course the correct callsign from a station, who was really at the same time on this frequency.
AND the confirmation from this station, of course (his QSL-card).
