Hi Pete,

apart from HamSphere, which is a closed system (VoIP; not HF) and not real Ham-Radio:
ATC (Air Traffic Control) has nothing to do with HAM-Radios and you are not allowed to listen that without having a special licence (like pilots and ATC controller have). :-)

And also it would be the absolutely wrong frequency: 30 Meters is a WARC band on SHORTWAVE and has a range between 10,1 and 10,15 MHz.
And an international Airport for example has 118.800 MHz (Tower frequency) or 121.875 MHz (Ground Control), which are both not 30 meter shortwave.

In Aircrafts and on ground ATC stations, towers and so on, we have special radios for that, no amateur radios like hams.
You can listen to ATC with devices like "Radio-Scanner" as well. Or with very old FM/UKW radios, if you tune the capacity a little bit to lower side.
But it's forbidden without the pilots-radio licence, like I said before.

73 and good DX from Jörg :-)
