Is it possible, to "switch off" the conformation e-mail that informs me having received a new QSL-card?

No, unfortunately that's not possible.
But look at my solution in 2013:

"So the (my) solution is now:
Just create a filter-rule directly on the mail-server (i've done last night), maybe as "SPAM" oder a special folder named "HamSphere QSL" or whatever ... and don't get this folder via POP3/IMAP.
Set this rule e.g. on "delete after 3 days" or "move to trash" or whatever you like to do. Alternative to this rule you can let direct move into the trash-folder. That's it. ;) So you don't bother about it. Enjoy!"
