Time Runs Slow

I've noticed that while HamSphere 4 is running, it slows down the system time. This has only been happening since I bought the digital clock plug-in. At first I thought it was being caused by the CMOS battery but I've changed that and it still happens. Has anyone else noticed this and is there a fix for it. Every hour I lose about 10 minutes and have to contantly update the time.

Hi Tom,

is your Computer/CPU fast enough for HamSphere (and enough RAM)? And do you have other applications running at the same time, which can create a "slow down" effect?
I don't use a clock in HamSphere, because I don't need it and I have enough other virtual clocks in Taskbar and so on, depending on the system-time. My Transceiver is running in realtime on a small Netbook with a slow INTEL CPU 1,6 GHz. No Problems!

Thanks Jorg for getting back to me.. I run a custom built computer that I built and it's very fast. AMD quad core FX4100 processor with 16 GB of DDR ram and running Windows XP Pro. There's no other programs running in the background besides the needed ones which should have no effect on the time. I did try a little test last night and removed the clock plug-in but it didn't help. The time still ran slow when HamSphere was on. I even tried another fresh battery.. No good. I'll be trying a few more tests later on today to try to find what's causing it. I'm puzzled with this one. I'll check my Anti-Virus program because I do have it set to run "Real Time" active scanning on the internet. That's the only other thing I can think of..

The AV-program don't should be the reason for that effect, because after the HS start no other files will be loaded. It's only a "realtime-stream" and that should not trigger the AV-Scanner.
My Scanner is running all the time as well, in "on access" and sometimes in "on demand" mode. Nevertheless no problems with the speed or system-time.

So maybe something was wrong with the plugin download. Of course, your system/hardware is more than fast enough to run HamSphere.
So that can't be the reason.
You could try to run HS in 2 different modes for testing: One time as full administrator and than only in user-account. Is there a difference?
Because 2 different accounts means also 2 different settings on the Rig. Maybe another security software is blocking or braking a bit.
