If for some reason you have to re install hamsphere 4 will you keep the antenna and any other downloaded item of which you have paid for

You can reinstall the options as antennas etc are on the server and loading when start HS4

Watch your small Textline into the HS4 "Window". ;)
There you can see all current informations and also there is the message after any update/reinstallation, that all Plugins will be reloaded from the HS-Server.
With other words: That's no problem, you can do it every time with a valid account.

The only difference: Take care in which (Windows-) account you are operating! Normally the HS-Program needs admin-rights, but later on you will run it in a normal user-account. In Windows that is a difference, you will see other settings (also in the HS editor) than in the admin-account.
So just install as an admin, but please don't work in this account! Make any change ONLY in your normal user-account.
Otherwise you'll see some plugins in your editor, which are not in use. If you change into the other account and start the editor there, you will see all build in plugins and your last HS-Setup.

That's a little bit "tricky" in different Windows-accounts. But you never lose your paid plugins, antennas and so on. The program (on your local computer) has just the option to load it from the server and include it into the current version, not more!

cannot open after download

I can´t confirm contacts for my activation with the qsl cards I´ve design for it. I´ve desisinstall H-4. Download H-4.0 closed PC and restart it again. STILL CAN´T GET MY QSL CARDS....................... what can I do????????????????????
