ive updated to 4.02 and cant log in with my username and password , says goto http://hs4.hamsphere.com/download to authorize
yet cant see anything to do this.

Hi Bob,

In my case, I was asked to uninstall the previous version and then install ver 4.002.

You may try uninstalling all versions of HS4, reboot your PC and install ver 4,002.

As suggested in the Short Manual, login "As administrator"

PC reboot is not important, but it's always a good idea to uninstall older versions first, because that is not a really update, but a full version.
I had installed it in the same folder and on the first start a problem with the rig-editor. All my settings were gone. :-(
And i don't want to do all that new on each new update in the future.

So i just uninstalled/deleted the .001 Version (only the *.exe file) and everything is OK. :-) Since that time I've got my old rig and settings again and it works.
Try to install it "for all users?" on your PC, if you are on a windows-platform. Not only in Admin-Account.
